The University Library In-house seminar took place on Thursday, October 5, 2023 in the University Library.

The One-day mandatory seminar for all Library staff was part of the University Library preparations towards the 2023/2024 Academic Session for effective and quality library service delivery.

The facilitators discussed extensively on the topics stated below:

• Office Ethics and Hierarchy Observance for Effective Administration and Service which was taken by the University Librarian, Dr. Felicia Yusuf.

• Emotional Intelligence and Relevant Soft Skills by Dr. Benedicta Ezeudu

• Academic Disposition and Productivity for Academic Relevance by Dr. Sola Owolabi

• Holistic X-Ray of Library Services by Mr. Johnson Adeyemi.

The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Jeremiah Oludele Ojediran in his opening remarks commended the University Librarian for consistently starting each academic year with an in-house training for quality service delivery.

The Dean, College of Engineering, Professor Ojo Sunday Fayomi also graced the event.
